<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">這是京張公司在對(duì)所屬宣化東站黨支部進(jìn)行上半年基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力測(cè)評(píng)的交流座談環(huán)節(jié)。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">京張公司黨委所屬10個(gè)黨支部在這次測(cè)評(píng)“趕考”中，亮實(shí)績(jī)、找短板、提措施，交出了實(shí)實(shí)在在的“答卷”。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">“咱們的職工思想調(diào)查留痕太簡(jiǎn)單，可以參照三支部這塊兒工作，他們?cè)诼毠に枷朊走@一塊做得不錯(cuò)，尤其是職工座談?dòng)涗浿庇^反映了當(dāng)時(shí)談話場(chǎng)景，”</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">在各個(gè)支部測(cè)評(píng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，測(cè)評(píng)組堅(jiān)持問題導(dǎo)向以評(píng)促改，以加強(qiáng)黨支部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)為目的，對(duì)照測(cè)評(píng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行逐項(xiàng)檢查打分�？荚u(píng)組成員對(duì)在檢查過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，深挖其根源，提出了指導(dǎo)性建議。為保證測(cè)評(píng)實(shí)效，今年黨群辦公室對(duì)公司黨建工作存在的突出問題進(jìn)行整理，對(duì)2020年度測(cè)評(píng)方案做了重新設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步了完善支部評(píng)價(jià)體系。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">成果、亮點(diǎn)之外，紅臉出汗、指出“短板”也是測(cè)評(píng)不可少的一環(huán)�？荚u(píng)組抓住癥結(jié)、追本溯源，讓測(cè)評(píng)透出辣味、受到觸動(dòng)，讓這一份份“答卷”增添了沉甸甸的分量。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">考評(píng)組成員對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題不遮掩、不留情，及時(shí)反饋，督促整改，不斷補(bǔ)短板、提質(zhì)量。讓管理松軟支部“刺痛味蕾、觸及神經(jīng)”。測(cè)評(píng)以后將繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)檢查整改、結(jié)果運(yùn)用、督導(dǎo)落實(shí)等三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，扎實(shí)測(cè)評(píng)工作。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">測(cè)評(píng)不是目的，提升才是目標(biāo)，“大考”之后更要實(shí)干。在支部之間營(yíng)造比、學(xué)、趕、幫、超的氛圍，以任務(wù)的落實(shí)情況作為檢驗(yàn)整改成效的“度量衡”，實(shí)現(xiàn)改有實(shí)效、改有提升，讓支部真正成為團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)職工群眾推進(jìn)“二次創(chuàng)業(yè)”的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)堡壘，讓黨員隊(duì)伍成為攻堅(jiān)克難的骨干力量。</span>
